Every CIBC rate table serves unresolved RDS template tokens of the form RDS%rate[3].CESA.Published(…) instead of numbers, on all three CIBC pages checked (rates page, product page, interest-rates-disclaimers page). CIBC states there is no minimum balance for this account. The product page describes the special offer as running '3 months' while the disclaimer page says '90 days', a minor wording difference, not treated as a conflict.
